About the position

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute design projects across mobile, web, and other interactive media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Adobe and Figma tools.
  • Drive the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in web and mobile design, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on mobile and web platforms.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across various platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Proficient in user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and interactive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
