About the position

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and build relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with digital sales and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with market research, sales analysis, and forecasting.
